The Uganda Lacrosse Association is the sanctioned governing body of lacrosse in Uganda. The ULA and participating coaches are devising a plan to continue the growth and progress of the sport.  We sponsor teams at the International level for U19 Mens', Mens', U19 Women's and Women's National Teams.
